King Street Gate and Balustrade

The king Street Gate and Balustrade is the creation of a functioning sliding gate to curve round a corner to create privacy from the neighbours whilst showcasing a flowing handcrafted leaf design on both sides of the gate, and an art deco design balustrade for an inside staircase, for a residential property.

testimonial

Peter and Victoria Langford

“Richard has completed 2 projects for our recent house renovation.

  1. Internal wrought iron, stair rails and balustrade, and
  2. A sliding gate, but this gate goes around a corner, to provide security at the end of a shared driveway.

Our design briefs were based on some internet pictures and YouTube videos.

Richard was able to input his own creative and engineering skills to deliver both very artistic and functional projects that we are very pleased to have in our home.

Richard’s confidence and determination to build something a bit different and out of the ordinary, especially when difficulties were experienced during the projects, was of great comfort to us.

For both projects he followed up once installed and made minor changes as required to ensure that the final products worked better than expected.

Overall a great guy to work with and would recommend him to anyone who requires something a bit special made from steel.”
